Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1111vd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits directly; any conversion from foreign currency to BDT, where applicable, will occur at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction and is the sole responsibility of the player.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111vd and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any service interruptions, technical faults, or server downtime; any loss of data or wallet balance resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control; or any reliance placed on information published on the platform.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1111vd holds its offshore operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, the platform, or any transaction shall first be referred to 1111vd's internal disputes resolution process. Players must submit any formal complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.

1111vd will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 calendar days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Players do not waive any statutory rights they may hold under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

1111vd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; provision of false identity information; use of prohibited software or betting systems; or conduct that is abusive or threatening toward platform staff.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms and Conditions, any real-money balance remaining in the wallet may be withheld pending investigation. Where a player voluntarily requests account closure for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

9. Privacy and Data Use

1111vd collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with that policy. We use your data to maintain your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, detect fraud, and communicate platform updates and promotional offers where you have opted in to receive such communications.
